Villagers have lynched two youths and injured another at Comilla’s Chandina Upazila, suspecting them to be robbers.

Chandina police said the incident took place at Ranicharha village at around 3am on Friday.
Those killed are ‘Rubel’, 25, and ‘Soleman’, 28, both from the Tabarhia village in Comilla’s Debidwar Upazila.
Injured ‘Nayeem’ 28, has been admitted to the Chandina Upazila Health Complex.
Sajedul Islam Palam, Sub-Inspector of Chandina police, said, “Locals beat up several people suspecting them to be robbers. Two of them died on the spot.”
He said police sent the injured to hospital.
