Four RMG scrap warehouses gutted by fire in Gazipur
A fire has ravaged four warehouses that stored readymade garment scarp at Gazipur’s Konabarhi.

There was no report of any casualty in the fire that broke out on Friday morning, Joydebpur Fire Service’s Station Officer Hasibul Islam said.
Primary investigation suggested a cigarette may have caused the blaze, he said.
Four fire-fighting units put out the flames in about 90 minutes.
The warehouse owners claimed goods worth about Tk 2.5 million had been damaged.
But there was no independent confirmation of the claim.
