RAB, police arrest colleague, two others for alleged rape of girl at Uttara
RAB and police have arrested three youths for the suspected involvement in alleged rape of a 17-year-old girl at Uttara.

RAB-1 Deputy Commander Kazi Mohammad Shoaib said the victim’s colleague ‘Arif’ was arrested at Dakkhinkhan on Friday noon on allegation brought by the victim’s family.
He was yet to be questioned as the RAB was waiting for the medical report of the victim.
Uttara West Police Station OC Ali Hossain said they arrested two suspected rapists on Friday night.
“There were four in the incident. One is still at large. We are conducting drives to arrest him,” he said.
The victim works as a salesperson at a department store at the Rajlakshmi Complex.
Her family alleged that ‘Arif’ and two others forced her to an under-construction building when she was returning home from workplace.
They took turns to violate her on Thursday evening, they added.
