Netherlands ambassador bids bye to FM Mahmood Ali
Netherlands ambassador to Bangladesh Gerben de Jong has met Foreign Minister Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali in a farewell call.

The foreign ministry said they had a brief discussion Tuesday on the issues of bilateral interest and were happy with the current state of relations.
The two countries will work in new areas for strengthening the ties.
Ambassador Jong thanked the foreign minister and his office for the support during his three-year stint in Dhaka.
The Netherlands is one of the largest buyers of Bangladeshi apparel product where this main export item enjoys duty-free market access.
