Husband detained after wife's dead body is found in 'reserve tank'
A 22-year-old housewife has been found dead, her body dumped in a 'reserve tank' in a Mirpur house.

Bristhi Akhtar used to stay with her husband Md Mohiuddin in a two-storey house at block-H of Gudara Ghat under Shah Ali police station.
Her dead body was recovered from a 'reserve tank' used for storing water in that house around 11 pm on Sunday, said ASI Anwar Hossain of Shah Ali police station.
"Her family says she was missing from Saturday. So we are interrogating the husband now."
ASI Anwar said the house's caretaker found the dead body floating when he went to check the water level at the tank.
Anwar said it appears Bristhi was strangled to death and her body was then thrown into the tank.
The dead body has been send to the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital for autopsy.
