Bangladesh Air Force’s C 130 aircraft loaded with ten tonnes of relief material landed at Kathmandu on Sunday, said Press Secretary to the Prime Minister AKM Shamim Chowdhury.
The relief material include medicine, tents, dry foods, drinking water and blankets, he said.
Six medical teams of the army and air force personnel were included the Bangladesh team.
The 7.9 magnitude quake, which struck Nepal on Saturday, has left over 1,900 killed and scores of buildings collapsed. The tremors were felt in India and Bangladesh.
On Sunday, another quake measuring 6.7 in the Richter scale hit Nepal, which also jolted India and Bangladesh.
