Magura-1 constituency by-poll will be held on May 30 to elect a new Member of Parliament.

The seat fell vacant after the death of ruling Awami League MP SM Sirajul Akbar on Mar 9.
Election Commission Secretary Md Sirazul Islam announced the schedule on Monday.
The last date for nomination submission is Apr 30.
Nominations will be screened on May 4 while the last date for withdrawing from the fray is May 12.
