Sylhet’s train links with Dhaka and Chittagong has been disrupted after a goods train derailed at Habiganj on Monday.

A carriage of Chittagong bound cargo train went off the tracks at Habiganj’s Rashidpur around 6am, Shayestaganj Railway Station’s Master Shahidul Islam told bdnews24.com.
The cause of the derailment is not yet known. No one was injured, he said.
A rescue train has left for the spot from Brahmanbarhia, Islam said.
