The company's President and CEO John Messer expressed the interest during a call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her office at Parliament building on Wednesday evening.
After the meeting, the prime minister's Press Secretary AKM Shameem Chowdhury told reporters that Messer said his company wanted to provide the digital application in collaboration with Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).
They would also train the children and the youth, Chowdhury quoted him as saying.
Messer, who is also the president of an energy consultancy farm - INVICTUS US Corporation, further expressed interest to invest in Bangladesh's energy sector.
He would again visit Bangladesh shortly to study and examine the investment potentiality in the sector, the press secretary said.
