JSC, PSC results on Tuesday

The results of Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Primary School Certificate (PSC) will be out on Tuesday.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid, Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman will hand copies of the results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at 9am on Tuesday.

The education minister will officially announce the results of JSC and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations at a press conference in the Secretariat at 11:30am.

The primary and mass education minister will announce the results of PSC and Ibtadayee examinations at a press conference in the Secretariat at 12:30pm.

After that the students will be able to see their results on the websites of the education boards and primary education department.

They can also get to know the results via SMS.

Last year, the JSC result was published on Dec 29 and the PSC on the following day.

This year’s JSC and JDC examinations were scheduled to start on Nov 2 but were pushed back to Nov 7 because of Jamaat-e-Islami’s general strike.

Around 2.1 million students took JSC and JDC tests this year while the number for PSC and Ebtadayee students was around 3.1 million.
