Bangladesh Ambassador to Vietnam presents credentials
Bangladesh's Ambassador to Vietnam Md Shahab Ullah has presented his credentials to President Truong Tan Sang.

Receiving the envoy on Monday, the foreign ministry said, President Truong hoped that the friendly relations would be strengthened further and the current trade volume of $600 million would also increase.
Ambassador Shabab Ullah expressed his profound regard to the Vietnamese leader Ho Chi Minh and conveyed goodwill messages from President Md Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to the Vietnamese people.
He mentioned Vietnam’s “continuous support” to Bangladesh in “all international fora”.
He recalled Hasina’s Vietnam visit in November 2012 and said that the prime minister was expecting the return visit of her counterpart in near future.
The Vietnamese president also emphasised high-level visits between the countries.
