Housewife’s body recovered in Sirajganj
The body of a housewife has been found hanging from the ceiling of a house in Sirajganj Sadar Upazila.

The victim, Marufa Akter Nisha, had been murdered, claimed her relatives.
Nisha's husband, Abdul Momin, is said to be missing since the incident.
Sirajganj Police OC Habibul Islam said her body was found at Momin's house in Ratankandi Union's Kuralia on Thursday night.
Nisha was a second-year student of English in the Sirajganj Government University College. She and Momin got married in March this year.
Momin had been demanding dowry since the marriage, her relatives said.
He is suspected to have fled after choking Nisha to death and hanging her body from the ceiling over dowry on Thursday night.
"It is not possible to ascertain whether it is a case of suicide or murder before autopsy," said OC Habibul.
