Justice Obaidul Hassan-led International Crimes Tribunal-2 set the date on Wednesday after recording witness testimonies in the case.
The trial of the Nayeb-e-Ameer and former MP, charged with eight counts of war crimes including murder, genocide, abduction and arson during the Liberation War, commenced on Apr 2 this year.
Police arrested him at the Bangabandhu bridge toll plaza on Sept 20, 2012.
Later, he was shown arrested in a war crimes case and sent to jail.
Born in 1936, at Toilokundi village of Pabna's Sujanagar Upazila, Subhan was the chief of Pabna unit of Jamaat and a member of the party's highest policymaking body during the post-Liberation War era.
During the war in 1971, he was the general secretary and subsequently the vice-president of 'Peace Committee' in Pabna.
Subhan allegedly played a key role in setting up units of the Peace Committee and forces like Razakar, Al Badr, Al Shams and Mujahid that were used to suppress the Bengali liberation struggle.
