Siblings run over by truck in Satkhira
A brother and sister have died in Satkhira after a truck ran over them on Sunday.

Mehedi Hasan Tamim , 22, and his sister Toufiqua Jaman Ruhina, 12, died in front of the Upazila Council office at the district town around 7.30 am, said Satkhira Sadar Police Station OC Golam Rahman.
Quoting locals, the police officer said that Tamim was on his way to drop his sister to school.
He lost control as soon as he reached in front of the Upazila Council when a truck coming from the opposite direction ran over the siblings.
The two died on the spot.
Locals stopped the truck, but the driver and his assistant managed to escape, said OC Rahman.
