PM opens development projects at Tungiparha
As many as 12,000 families in Gopalganj's Tungiparha and Kotaliparha Upazilas will not have to spend their nights in the dark any more.

They have received new power connections under a development project inaugurated by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Friday.
Hasina reached Tungiparha in the morning and paid tributes to Bangladesh's founding father Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman soon afterwards.
Other inaugurated projects include a 5MVA power sub-station at Tungiparha, several bridges in Kotaliparha and state-run Sonali Bank's own branch at Tungiparha Upazila.
