Four army officers injured in accident
Five people, including four army officers, have been injured in a road accident at Sirajganj’s Solonga, police say.

They have been identified as Major Raihan, Capt Kayez Uddin, Capt Jahiduzzaman Jahid and Second Lt Asaduzzaman, all of them posted at Bogra’s Jahangirabad cantonment.
Hatikumrul highway police said a private car, carrying the army men, collided head-on with a microbus on the Nagarbarhi-Bogra highway on Saturday morning.
The army officers were going to Dhaka from Bogra.
Police said the other injured person was in the microbus but could not be identified.
Locals rescued the injured and took them to Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital.
Capt Jahid’s condition is critical, doctors said.
