    DGHS director general’s contract extended

    The government has extended the contract of the director general (DG) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Deen Muhammad Nurul Haque, by another year.

    He was made the DGHS director general on Feb 24.

    A public administration ministry’s order on Thursday said his appointment had been renewed and would be effective from Sept 1 on condition that he cancels his Post Retirement Leave (PRL).
