The court of Metropolitan Magistrate Imdadul Haque set Oct 13 for the next day of the hearing and granted bail until then.
On Aug 21, the ACC filed cases against Khan and two other ruling MPs for possession of assets far in excess to their known sources of income.
The cases were filed in the Ramna Police Station.
Khan stands accused of concealing Tk 7.56 million while filing his statement with the ACC.
