There were allegations of leaked English first paper, and physics, mathematics and chemistry papers too.

The minister said the system of preparing, printing and preserving question papers for public exams were being changed in view of the several cases leaks.

“Massive changes have been made at different stages starting from question paper moderation and printing. There is no scope of anyone contacting (those involved in setting the papers). Code will be used (for communication),” he added.

Nahid said a committee would be formed comprising the stakeholders to supervise question paper preparation.

He said the committee could monitor different stages of question paper preparation through random checks.

Officials from the education, home and public administration ministries, cabinet division, Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, education boards, and law enforcement agencies were present at the meeting.
