Robbers snatch Tk 3mln
Miscreants exploded hand bombs before shooting a businessman at Dhaka’s Moghbazar and snatching Tk 3 million away from him.

Splinters from the explosion have left five more injured, Ramna Police OC Moshiur Rahman told bdnews24.com on Tuesday.
Abul Kashem, proprietor of JR Corporation, was robbed off Tk 3 million after the mayhem.
His company is a distributor for Akij Corporation Ltd.
Police said Kashem was admitted at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital with bullet wounds.
Quoting witnesses, OC Rahman said that the robbers, riding on a motor bike, tried to snatch the bag containing the money from Kashem.
Staffs of JR Corporation, who were with Kashem , resisted when the robbers hurled bombs and fired a couple of rounds, before snatching the bag.
