He said while on a visit to his electoral constituency in Noakhali's Companyganj on Wednesday that people suffered relatively less this time.
"It will be an example," Quader said, adding team work among the roads division, district and Upazila administrations, RAB, and police teams made the feat possible.
He said the government was "working tirelessly" to ensure people returned to their workplaces in the same trouble-free way.
The minister had earlier set a July 20 deadline to finish the repairs but media reports say large sections of broken roads have been left untouched.
But this year, the roads were relatively free of traffic snarls, easing travel problems.
However, at least 25 people have been killed in separate road accidents over Tuesday and Wednesday.
Quader, on Tuesday, blamed reckless driving for the accidents and said such tragedies can be prevented if the drivers are skilled.
