4 detained with 4,000 yabas
In separate drives, four persons have been detained with 4,000 yabas in Teknaf Upazila in Cox's Bazar.

The detained have been identified as Khankar Dail resident Mohammad Hossain, 32, Mistriparha resident Mohammad Yakub, 22, Bashkhali resident Rasheda Akhter, 32, and Cox's Bazar resident Hasina Akhter, 23.
They were picked up from buses on the Teknaf road on Thursday evening.
Assistant Police Super of Ukhia-Teknaf circle Jasim Uddin said, "The persons had been detained during raids on several buses between 7pm and 8 pm. They were later sent to the Teknaf Police Station."
