Services were suspended at the Keshabpur Upazila Health Complex for three hours on Saturday.

Alim Uddin of the Upazila's Mirzanagar village came to the hospital's outdoor wing to see a doctor at 9am but he could meet a doctor only around 12 pm.

But many other patients had to return after failing to find a doctor to attend them on Saturday morning.
More than 150 patients were found waiting at the hospital until 11.40 pm.
The Bangladesh Medical Association's (BMA) election is scheduled for Aug 3 and the district's Civil Surgeon Atiqur Rahman Khan along with the Upazila Heath and Family Planning Officer Abdus Samad Sheikh held a meeting with the doctors on Saturday.
"Services were slightly disrupted due to the civil surgeon's meeting. But we are not aware of anyone going back without being attended," said Sheikh.
Civil Surgeon Atiqur Rahman Khan told bdnews24.com: "As a civil surgeon I can hold meetings with doctors of any Upazila.
"I held a meeting at the Keshabpur hospital for an hour over the BMA elections scheduled for Aug 3, which slightly delayed services."
