One killed in city road mishap
A pedestrian was killed in a road accident at Dhaka's Gulistan on Sunday, police said.

Rezaul Karim, 55, a cook in a Motijheel hotel, lived with his family at the city's Bangshal, Paltan Police Station OC Golam Morshed said.
He said a Gulistan-bound bus of 'Saudia Paribahan' ran over Karim in front of the Gulistan Police Box leaving him dead on the spot at around 7:30am on Sunday.
Police have confiscate the bus, but its driver and his assistant managed to flee.
