His latest arrest was made at Mirpur-10 in Dhaka on Sunday.

The 40-year old was previously arrested at Benapole on April 3, with the World Twenty20 underway. Three days later, he was again arrested in Dhaka by RAB.

He secured bail in the case filed by RAB under the ICT Act.

Dutta, from Dinesh Palli Municipal Park, South 24 Parganas district in West Bengal, came to Bangladesh on Mar 15.

Police said he has been staying in the country illegally ever since his visa expired on Mar 31.

Mirpur Police Station OC Salah Uddin told bdnews24.com that they will move the court on Monday to remand him for questioning.
Police’s plea to take him on remand was denied after his second arrest.
The OC refused to say if he was arrested at a home at Mirpur or outside on Sunday noon.
“Please, I don’t have the information,” he said.
Dutta came under the radar of various law enforcers and an intelligence agency after he arrived during the World Twenty20, a high-raking police official told bdnews24.com.
“We got information after we tracked his mobile phone. An investigation is underway,” he said requesting anonymity.
Dutta was then taken by members of an intelligence agency in presence of RAB, after his first arrest at Benapole, said Immigration OC Moniruzzaman.
He was not produced before any court after that.
