Earlier, on Apr 3, the Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court had sent Akter to jail, rejecting her bail plea filed after surrendering to the court.
She had again filed for bail at the Session Judge’s Court on Tuesday.
The court granted her plea after a hearing.
A Magistrate’s Court gave Akter bail on Feb 10 and later a Judge’s Court scrapped an application for it.
At least 112 workers were killed and more than 200 had suffered burns, when a fire swept through Tazreen’s Ashulia factory on Nov 24, 2012.
Akter and several others have been charged with manslaughter.
