Judicial Magistrate Mohammad Anisur Rahman delivered the verdict after they appeared before it and sought bail in the case.
According to the case details, the accused vandalised the upazila Awami League headquarters on Dec 10 and later detonated crude bombs there.
Rafiqul Islam Mintu, a leader of the ruling Awami League’s Jhenidah unit, had filed the case with Kaliganj police accusing 105 person over the incident.
Of the accused, 33 appeared before the court on Wednesday.
