Rajshahi, May 31 (BDNEWS) – Badiuzzaman Buddu, a terrorist of Koilgati village of Sirajganj was killed in a 'crossfire' with RAB at Khoradipara of Bagmara thana in Rajshahi early morning Monday.
Rajshahi RAB sources Tuesday said they nabbed listed terrorist Buddu Sunday from Rajshahi. According to his confession RAB arrived at Khoradipara of Ramrama village in Bagmara thana to seize other terrorists and arms in the early hours of Tuesday. The accomplices of Buddu who were lying in wait opened fire on the RAB vehicle. RAB fired back in self-defence.
Taking advantage of the situation Buddu fled and the crossfire stopped. Buddu was found to be lying injured with bullet wounds beside Taherpur-Bhabaniganj road. He was admitted into Bagmara health complex where the attending doctors declared him dead.
