One juvenile was died by thunderbolt at Khutakhali of Chokoria in the district at 10am on Tuesday.

Cox's Bazar, May 25 (BDNEWS)– One juvenile was died by thunderbolt at Khutakhali of Chokoria in the district at 10am on Tuesday.
The juvenile was identified as Mohammad Ali (15), a class six student of a local madrasa and son of late Momtaz Mian of West Noyapara of Khutakhali.
Local people said he went to fish in the nearby Fulchhari Chhara and he was seriously injured by thunderbolt when he was returning home in the rain.
He died at Malumghat memorial Christian Hospital after local people had brought him there.
